As I shared before, I honestly believe that most couples have what it takes to move into a nurturing and satisfying relationship. However, they often lack a space that will help them feel safe enough to take a good look at the roots of their struggles, and what’s keeping them stuck in hurtful patterns. Without this sense of safety, it is difficult to be vulnerable enough to begin experiencing relief and transformation.
